The missing market layer

Demand exists. Transaction readiness does not.

Mid-sized industrial businesses are valuable in aggregate, yet expensive for electricity traders to originate and assess one by one.

01

Fragmented acquisition

Commercial teams spend time finding and educating prospects before knowing whether they meet basic portfolio criteria.

02

Inconsistent evidence

Bills, interval data, metering information, credit evidence and decision authority are rarely packaged for a fast commercial decision.

03

High cost to convert

Many leads fail late. Traders focus on the largest customers while viable mid-market demand remains outside competitive procurement.

The Modara workflow

From raw demand to a trader-ready portfolio.

Modara sits before the transaction—standardising the work required to make a customer worth quoting.

Define

The trader sets target segments, minimum thresholds and acceptance rules.

Originate

Modara reaches suitable businesses through concentrated industrial channels.

Validate

Customer permissions, bills, interval records and supporting evidence are checked.

Qualify

Load, data quality and preliminary credit and contract readiness are screened.

Deliver

Standardised dossiers and compatible demand portfolios enter the trader workflow.

Who Modara serves

One platform. Two aligned outcomes.

Expand the addressable customer base without expanding field-sales complexity.

1

Lower origination friction

Reach multiple suitable businesses through a concentrated acquisition channel.

2

Make faster decisions

Receive consistent information mapped to the trader's own acceptance criteria.

3

Build better portfolios

Assess compatible demand collectively while retaining individual customer decisions.

A clearer route into competitive electricity procurement.

1

Understand readiness

Identify the data, metering and documentation required before entering a process.

2

Reduce complexity

Move through a structured workflow built around the information traders need.

3

Gain market visibility

Become part of a qualified portfolio where collective demand strengthens relevance.

Industrial nodes as distribution

Concentration turns many conversations into one repeatable channel.

An industrial park is not treated as one customer. Each business keeps control of its data and contracting decision. Geographic concentration simply reduces acquisition friction and creates a practical route to compatible demand.

Initial commercial offer

A paid design-partner pilot.

Modara will validate the operating model with one licensed trader and a focused group of industrial businesses before building a full software platform.

03
10–20 target businessesEach customer participates and controls its own data.
04
